Refunds & Exchanges

Our refund policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund but will gladly exchange the item within 12 months. We will accept all returned items, provided they are sealed in the original container and returned to us in 'as new' condition within 12 months.

To complete your return, you must contact us to receive authorization, as not all items apply for returns or exchanges. The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees incurred. We reserve the right to charge a $12.00 restocking fee. Returned equipment, machinery, and accessories may incur up to a 25% restocking fee.

All discounted sales are final and are not eligible for return or refund.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of your exchange or refund approval or rejection.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days.
